Hampshire Property Management Group manages approximately 1000 residential and commercial condominium units throughout Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut.
Whether you have an over-55 residential community, a mixed commercial/residential community, or anything in-between, the Hampshire Property Management Group understands your needs and is willing to listen to you. With over fifty years of combined condominium management experience, our property management team provides professional condominium association management services at a competitive price. Let us handle the headaches of coordinating with snow removal and other contractors, and deal with the day-to-day issues of managing the complex. Owners are welcome to contact us directly with requests and suggestions. For the board members/trustees, we’ll provide a monthly report that shows, in detail, the accounting of the monthly receipts and expenditures. For major expenditures, we will work closely with the board to secure bids and financing, but ultimately, the decision is yours. It’s your investment, your home, we’ll just help you manage it.
